I have been going to this gym location for 1 year and absolutely ADORE the morning staff. They make going to the gym at 5 am not feel so miserable. Daniel is fantastic and knows exactly how to help with training and motivation. He truly knows the balance between pushing yourself to a new limit and when to listen to your body because you are doing too much. Which is why I was shocked to be asked to leave the disability friendly shower due to "it does not have a high lip on it, so the water gets on the floor and it floods." I had just turned the shower on. Every establishment in the state of Florida are required by law to provide accommodations for those with disabilities so we all are able to access and use public spaces. To think that even after explaining I was using that shower because it had handlebars which assist me in showering with the medical condition I am dealing with, I was still asked to move to the smaller shower and sit on a shower chair instead. Which did not help to the discouragement I am already feeling due to my health condition setting me back nearly a whole year. Kem at the front desk is really kind. The manager is always usually there as well either working or just working, either way really nice dude as well. It’s also always so clean, the custodial gentleman is always 100% on it and I usually see him while I’m there cleaning. It’s probably the cleanest YouFit I go to and I go to quite a bit of them due to traveling.

I love this gym. I have been coming here for over six years. The staff is always nice. The environment is always good and everyone is doing their own thing. I will say the one downside is one fellow employee that I know kept asking me to review this place so I finally caved. That’s really the downfall but everything else is perfect.

I’ve been really happy since joining YouFit! It seems like it’s under new management, and you can truly feel the positive shift in the atmosphere. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful and I believe the manager’s name is Carlos. Every time I come in, he’s approachable and more than willing to help me with a machine or help me with a workout. What really stands out is that he genuinely seems to care, which is super refreshing. I used to be a member at Crunch, but it was just too loud and overcrowded for me. It also felt like they were just trying to sell stuff to me the whole time. YouFit has a much more comfortable, welcoming vibe. If you’re looking for a smaller gym where everyone is respectful and kind, I’d highly recommend this one. I’ve seen a few comments mentioning cleanliness, but honestly, that hasn’t been my experience at all. Since I signed up, the gym has been clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to work out in. Definitely a great place to train!

I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. I cancelled my membership after a payment issue where my bank initially authorized the charge and then declined it. Instead of working with me when I tried to fix the payment, they added a $23 late fee within just a few days and refused to waive it. No one made any effort to help or offer a solution — they simply directed me to close the account. On top of that, my membership rate was increased without any email or prior notification. That is completely unprofessional. The gym itself is very basic — no sauna, no pool, limited classes, and nothing special in terms of amenities. Yet they charge cancellation fees and make no effort to retain customers or provide decent customer service. For less than $42 a month, there are many other gyms that offer far more value and actually care about their members. I would not recommend this gym based on my experience.
